Refund policy

Damaged Items: If any items come damaged, send an email to isabellawellsarts@gmail.com with any photos of the damage and we will begin a return, once the item is returned to me a refund for the item will be issued.

Returning Items: If you are wanting to return an item for any other reason please ship back the items within 14 days of purchasing. The buyer is responsible for shipping return costs. I will then refund your order 1-3 days after you ship it back if it is shipped within the 14 day time frame! However if you are wanting to return and collect a refund for an original painting or illustration I do not accept refunds for any purchases of original artwork.

Lost Orders: If you haven't received your order within a month of purchase contact me via email at isabellawellsarts@gmail.com, I will either refund your items or I will send you a replacement order, whichever you would prefer!

I am a small business and It is only me doing the all the work so please bear with me as I try and accommodate your requests a sufficiently as I can!
